We had a great stay at Chandra’s place. He has carefully planned the arrangements to keep guests at top comfort. Additionally, the best thing is he has someone round the clock available at the premises to assist you in case of a need. The property is located in a prime location and it’s easy to get to Tirumala, Padmavati temple. There are nice restaurants nearby as well. One thing to mention is, he provided a packet of milk (complimentary) the next morning which was helpful as we were travelling with kids. Goes back to what I said at the beginning of this review, shows how much attention has gone into planning, hats off to Chandra for the experience he continues to provide as a host.

the homestay is great, it felt right at home and it is close to a lot of restaurants so you can taste local food or order out. it is beautiful and comfy!

It was a great stay. Minimal communication, and Excellent housekeeping. Special mention to Vinod, who proactively took care of all needs just with a text message. 10/10. Would love to come back.

The apartment was well kept, squeaky clean, well organized (switches named, tv guide, milk packets & tea & coffee sachets etc). The best part of this stay was the service. Always responsive via text and calls. Bhargav, the facilities person was proactive and always helpful. He went above and beyond for a few of our requests. I will definitely consider this place when I visit the next time.

The property was good to stay and it best suited the family group travel. The people at the place were very cordially and friendly. Very accommodative as well. Place is maintained well. It’s very neat and tidy! i would recommend this place if u were to travel as a family

Our family with four adults & two kids stayed here on 25th March 23. Easily reached from Bangalore via Tirupathi bypass road. It’s a silent residential locality with parking facility. Close to Thiruchanur temple. Perambur Srinivasa vegetarian hotel is at walkable distance. There is no other good hotel nearby. Property is worth. Everything is neat and hygienic and very spacious and well maintained. Facilities: kitchen with utensils, electric stove, sugar, coffee powder, milk in the morning, dining table with four chairs, two spacious bedrooms, attached bath with geysers, big ward robes, ac, total four fans, fridge etc. Immediate attention of any complaint. Good support from in charge Mr. Murthy. It would be good choice especially for families.

It was spacious, had two A/c bedrooms and two attached bathrooms with hot water heater and western toilets in both. Also had a sofa, dining table four, fridge, kitchen with a hot plate and some utensils. M they gave a packet of milk everyday and some watchers of instant coffee and tea powder.
There is wifi with good speed and even some power outlets with both US and India styled.
The staff was very nice, they gave extra beds, pillows and anything we asked for. Especially Vinod (and Bhargav) the office mangers did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
They even had a travel agency and helped get me vehicle as we needed. When I wanted to use a local auto, they even helped me to download an app called Rapido and showed how to order one.
I will definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to stay with a family here.

I stayed 4 days (4nights) that was a memorable nice stay with all good comforts spacious rooms hygienic and staff courtesy specially care taker vinod and Murthy behaviour is good with smiling acceptance towards guests,It’s really a pleasure stay they provide drinking water kitchen utensils milk packet and daily usages it was in good location near to all facilities temple darshan bus stand etc.food we can cook or can order outside its up to our wish we enjoyed a lot and also they obey our requests while booking we can message them as per our timing to check in.It was really a true life home stay in tirupathi with my family If I visit next definitely I will check in again in same true life comfort It’s not only a name definitely a good home stay with all amenities.If you visit tirupathi definitely check in True life comfort stays (specially staff are very polite and courtesy available 24 hrs thankyou for your support and great service 👍👍👍.
